The colour issue:
How to forecast a locally-based colour trend for the Chilean market?
In a colour-based interactive exhibition, there was the need to provide the historical context, both international and Chilean, of how the contemporary knowledge of colour we have today was developed during time. Additionally, the information had to allow users to navigate and interact with it.
My role: Researcher and creative director of the proposal.
Spring-summer 2012 colour trend research project for Pinturas Ceresita. The proposal consisted of a study of the socio-cultural, economic and emotional context of Chilean society at that time, and the subsequent creation of the Return to Natural Harmony trend and its colour chart, for the renovation of interior and exterior spaces in the home. Carried out together with Estudios del Color UC.
